Returns on custom work:

Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, all sales are final and returns cannot be accepted. Each item is made specifically to your individual specifications, making it unique and not suitable for resale.

To ensure your order meets your expectations, please carefully review all details—including sizing, spelling, and design specifications—before submitting your purchase. We are not responsible for errors provided at the time of ordering.

Returns on our apparel:

We accept returns on eligible items only if they are in new, unworn condition and have not been washed. Items that have been washed or altered in any way cannot be accepted, as improper care may affect the quality and condition of the product.

To qualify for a return, the item must be suitable for resale, with no signs of wear, damage, or use. We recommend following all care instructions provided to maintain the integrity of your purchase.
